Anis-Ginger Tea
It is cold outside, which makes it even better to enjoy a warm drink. Combine lemon juice with aniseed, honey and ginger to make a delicious cup of tea. It is soothing, comforting, and works wonders for sore throats and chest colds.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup (250ml) water
- 1 teaspoon aniseed
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine ingredients in small pan. Bring to boil, lower heat, simmer for 5 minutes.
- Strain. Serve hot in cups.
